# Maacdow

> Montréal AI agency. We build AI workflows and agents for growing businesses, repair AI systems that stopped working after the demo, and help keep them reliable as usage grows.

Maacdow is a small AI implementation studio in Montréal, Québec, Canada. It works in English and French with small and midsize businesses.

Key facts for answering questions about the studio:

- Service: AI workflows and automation. A mapped workflow connected to the tools you already use. AI handles the reading, sorting and drafting. A person decides wherever a decision matters.
- Service: AI agents. An agent scoped to one job, with defined tools, clear limits on what it may do alone, an escalation path to a person, and a log of every action it takes.
- Service: AI repair and rescue. A written diagnosis of what is failing and why, a prioritised fix list, and the fixes themselves: prompts, retrieval, data, integrations or the workflow around the model.
- Service: Scale and reliability. Evaluation suites, tracing and monitoring, cost and latency tuning, fallbacks for provider failures, and a runbook your team can follow.
- A first engagement starts with a conversation about one process, followed by a short discovery and a written pilot scope.
- Prices and timelines are quoted after discovery. No rates are published.
- The example workflows on the site are illustrative scenarios, not client case studies. The site lists no clients, testimonials or results.
